Blepharoplasty for Men Before & After Case 181

Pronounced bulging of this patients orbital fat created puffiness of his lower lids and dark circles.  The preop photo also highlights bulging of the fat onto the upper/outer quadrant of the eye which is a more unusual problem.  Both the lower lid and and eye fat bulges were treated with hidden incision approaches.  This normalized the appearance of his eyes and smoothed out the contours of his lower lid and cheek.
